Pilates, yoga and cycle studios in Monterrey for students

Eight boutique pilates, yoga and indoor-cycling studios near Tec and San Pedro Garza García, picked by exchange students for clean vibes and reliable bookings.

🧘 Eight studios worth knowing

Eight boutique studios picked across pilates, yoga, barre and indoor cycling. The split: five in San Pedro Garza García (and Carretera Nacional), three in the Tec area (Altavista and Col. Tecnológico). Each card below carries one angle that helps you self-select: who it is for, what it costs when verifiable, and what it does differently from the others.

Mi Era Pilates

Contemporary pilates run almost entirely from Instagram. No public website; class types, prices and current address live in DM exchanges and stories. Pick this if you are already comfortable with pilates and want a community-driven spot rather than a polished walk-in studio.

Kava Studio

Barre, mat pilates and a sculpt class under one roof. Self-described as a wellness cave, with a clear bias toward absolute beginners; instructors won't punish a first-timer. Booking through the BoostApp (iOS / Android).

Siclo

Mexico's largest indoor-cycling chain. Rhythm cycling on stationary bikes: music driving the cadence, lights dimmed, instructor energy turned all the way up. Closer to a cardio class with choreography than a spin class. Multiple Monterrey studios; check the website for the one closest to you.

Anatomy

Six disciplines on one schedule: pilates, indoor cycle, bootcamp, yoga, barre and box. The pick if you want to sample several practices without juggling multiple memberships. Drop-in MXN$300, 5-class pack MXN$1,250, 10-class pack MXN$2,300. Open Mon-Thu 06:00-21:30, narrower on weekends.

Rave Pilates

The most workout-class feel of the pilates spots. Reformer sequences choreographed to music in a heated room: high intensity, sweaty. Check Instagram for the current schedule and intro deals.

💸 What it costs (and how to pay less)

Drop-in is the right way to test a new spot. Once you have settled on one or two, the 5- and 10-class packs are how regulars actually pay. Most studios also run a discounted first-class deal around MXN$100.
