ANTENA LIVING

Rent to international students, without the headaches.

You have a place near a school in Monterrey. International students are already looking for rooms in those neighborhoods. We bring them to you pre-screened and supported, and we handle the messy parts.

Why landlords work with us

Pre-screened tenants

Every student on our list has a school, a program, and an arrival window. We only forward the ones who match your place and your dates.

Less time sitting empty

We keep a list of students actively looking. When your place fits, we put it in front of the right people instead of waiting for a portal to surface it.

Less back-and-forth

Listing photos, translated descriptions in three languages, candidate filtering. We handle it. You decide who you want to meet.

Mediation throughout the stay

Language barrier, late rent, question about the water heater. We sit between you and the student so things get sorted fast.

You only pay if it works

You pay us only when a student signs, for each contract signed, never before. No subscription, no entry cost just to be on the list.

Our scope, clearly

We sit between you and the student, but the lease and the money stay between the two of you. Here is exactly what is on us and what is not.

What we do

  • Visit and photograph your place, then write the listing in three languages
  • Pre-screen students and send you a short list that fits your place and dates
  • Stand between you and the student in Spanish for the whole stay
  • Translate the messages and the lease clauses that matter, for both sides

What we don't do

  • Hold your rent or the deposit in our account (payment goes straight to you)
  • Sign the lease in your place (the lease is between you and the student)
  • Charge you a subscription or a fee just to be on the list
  • Blast your address across third-party portals

What working together looks like

  1. 1

    A first call with us

We talk about your place, your expectations, and the kind of tenant you are open to hosting.

  2. 2

    On-site visit and photos

We come visit your place in person, take clean photos, and write the listing in three languages.

  3. 3

    Hand-picked placement

Your room appears on antenaliving.com and gets surfaced to matching students on the waitlist. We do not blast it on third-party portals.

  4. 4

    Tenant selection, your call

We pre-screen and brief candidates, send you the short list, and set up the visits. You decide who signs.

  5. 5

    Mediation throughout the stay

We stay reachable for both of you: translation, payment reminders, anything that needs a third pair of hands.

Who looks after your place

Two people, reachable directly.

Elena is from Monterrey and speaks Spanish like you do. She is your point of contact on the ground. Not a call center, not a faceless agency.

Landlord questions

๐Ÿ’ธ What does it cost, and when do I pay?
Nothing to be on the list, and nothing until a student signs. You pay us for each signed contract, on the day the student signs, never before. The rent itself stays between you and the student. No subscription, no upfront fee.
๐Ÿ” Do I have to work only with you?
No. You stay free to rent your place however you like. We never ask for exclusivity.
๐Ÿ  What kind of places do you take?
A room in a shared flat, a studio, or a whole place near a school. What matters is that it is close to a campus and in good shape.
โœ๏ธ Who signs the lease?
You and the student, directly. We translate the clauses and smooth the exchange, but the contract is between the two of you, with no one in the middle.
๐Ÿ’ฐ Who handles the rent and the deposit?
You do, directly. The student pays you the rent and the deposit like any normal rental, in pesos. The money never passes through us.
๐Ÿšช What if the student leaves early or there is a problem?
We stay reachable for the whole stay to defuse what can be defused. Beyond that, your lease terms apply, just like with any tenant.
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ What language do we talk in?
Spanish, English, or French, whichever you prefer. Elena is from Monterrey and handles the exchanges in Spanish.
